Services terms and conditions:

Services will be provided for specific projects outlined in separate addendum's to a head agreement. Each project shall have a defined scope, specific deliverables and an effort estimate. Each project addendum will be signed off by both parties prior to commencement and when work has been completed.
Where effort exceeds the time estimate given, the charge will be for the original estimate, unless a variation order is agreed to by the customer. Variation orders will be requested by Hawk ICT only if the scope of work changes.
Invoices will be submitted when work has been completed.
Payment terms are 14 days from date of invoice. Hawk ICT reserves the right to suspend work on any uncompleted work, if payment for completed invoiced work is not forth coming.
